The Courtship of Grief

$60.00

Grief is all around us, asking for us to wake up to where change most needs to happen. But without community and ritual support for navigating grief, we can get lost in it. Grief isn’t a problem to be solved or something to banish. It is a presence that longs for relationship.

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll approach grief as something to be courted rather than pushed away or buried. Through writing prompts, somatic exercises, and simple ritual design, we’re invited to meet our grief in a new kind of conversation.

This is not grief therapy or a support group. It is a guided encounter with grief as a living force—one that, when properly met, can soften, teach, and restore our capacity for care.

Together we’ll explore:

  • The origins of grief as both personal and collective

  • Methods for locating grief inside the body

  • Using the language of longing to approach our grief

  • Creating simple rituals to honor and move through our grief
